Something to think about (or comment, whatever moves ya.)
At what point do you consider a person a friend? Do they need a certain amount of seniority or just a good track record? Are there things that people can get away with and still be your friend? What makes them any different than anyone else?
Are there people whose friendships go "one way" and neither of you say anything about it?
Being older..(not OLD, just a little maturer than before) I have seen friendships develop and diminsh. I can count on my one hand how many "friends" I have..and I don't even use all my fingers!
I'm just curios to know how the more mature woman see this...

You said it...I can count on my one hand how many friends I have also. Friends are treasures and treasures are hard to fin.
You got that right!
I really have seen my friends dwindle down the older I have gotten. I really only have a couple friends that don't even live in the same state that I do! I don't know what it is!
